Introduces children to dance and movement using natural actions of the body such as running, walking, jumping, skipping & galloping. It is structured to aid children's physical development, co-ordination, spatial awareness, creativity and self expression, as well as introducing children to fundamental curriculum learning skills such as counting, colour and shape recognition, vocabulary & language skills.

The Lafour Prima Dance syllabus has been thoughtfully designed to engage the imagination and ensure that the emphasis in on enjoyment. A clear understanding of good basic dance technique is taught through a logical progression of well devised movement exercises. The syllabus content includes: Action songs and ryhmes, dance movements, dance games, spatial awareness games, stagecraft, percussion, rhythm games & story mimes. Excellent preparation for any form of dance.

An exciting introduction to the RAD Pre-Primary in Dance and Primary syllabus. From 6+, students will be eligible to enter RAD examinations.
